A list of Lane County Utilities will be posted here shortly.

EWEB understands the challenges customers are facing, and we want to work with you to find solutions. Income eligible customers can apply for bill assistance once per calendar year. We also offer rebates and zero interest loans to help fixed-income customers upgrade heating systems, windows, insulation, water heaters and more.

Program provides assistance with heating costs for low-income individuals 60 plus including electric, natural gas, firewood, propane, pellets or heating oil. Funds become available in November and are disbursed until exhausted. See your local senior center for application information.

The Consumer Services Section of the PUC provides information to residents about regulated electric, natural gas, telephone and water utilities, and select non-regulated providers like cell phone and broadband companies. We also take complaints about these companies and conduct investigations to assist Oregon utility customers.

Oregon Lifeline is a federal and state government program that provides a monthly benefit on phone or high-speed internet access service for qualifying households with low incomes through participating providers.
